Masterplan

Estuary will comprise an estimated 650 dwellings over 58 hectares, offering more than 2,400 residents a neighbourhood of well positioned home sites and landscaped design in a peaceful community location.

The masterplan incorporates a series of community parks including a large landscaped central park, Estuary Park, as well as walking tracks and bike paths leading to a proposed five hectare sporting reserve.

With approximately two hectares of wetlands and a clear focus on parks and community space, Estuary will offer its residents a range of lifestyle opportunities right on their doorstep.
