Neil Lockwood

Neil_LockwoodLong time local resident and recent purchaser at Estuary, Neil Lockwood, loved the development so much he secured two allotments.

Mr Lockwood said he had been watching the population boom of the region of Greater Geelong and its resulting escalating property prices and knew Estuary presented a great investment opportunity.

“The region is quickly increasing in population and now is the time to get into the property market here.  At Estuary I realised the attractive price point and quality of land and decided to get in before it was too late.

“I looked into buying into other developments in the area, but when Estuary came up comparatively it has a lot to offer, beginning with its price that is almost $100,000 cheaper than some other projects within the region.

“Taking all of this into account I thought I would double my chances and buy two allotments,” Mr Lockwood said.

“The display village with 24 homes will also be a great asset to the development as it will become a real destination in the local area and will work well with house and land packages,”  Mr Lockwood said.

“Estuary presents not only a great price with good sized allotments, but the land is very good for building and has good drainage... that is important to me as a buyer.

“It’s all this that has encouraged my thought process and why I bought in twice.  Now I’m looking forward to my investment growing as the development does,” Mr Lockwood said.
